While allowing the station to retain its normal schedule of operations, project about $46.27M of cleaning and refurbishment work to be completed on the roof at London’s Victoria Station.
The roof is widely recognised as engineering masterpiece which dates back in 1865 and have undergo a series of repair over the years. The fact that the project is more complex than the originally form have given Harsco with a unique challenges.
To carried out blasting, painting and glazing work during normal working hours Harsco have erected three temporary roof structure. These were multi-functional which gave support for the access scaffold above.
